Sound Meditation is a great way to promote healing frequency in your body, mind and emotions. You will being soaked in an incredible sound healing journey with the practice of Yin Yoga. The Yin approach will help to releases fascia and improves joint mobility, balances the internal organs and improves the flow of chi or prana.
Tibetan singing bowls could generate specific rhythmic patterns and create vibrational sound at the frequency of “AUM”. The harmonic vibrations engage the relaxation reflex and slow down the respiratory, brain and heart rate and disrupt the pain reflex creating a deep sense of wellbeing. The sound is rich in natural harmonics which helps triggering deeper consciousness, concentration and deep relaxation, in order to assist one entering into a deeper meditation.

This workshop will include a special focus on backward bending poses and their compliment: forward bending poses. Back-bending poses open the chest, heart and shoulders and bring energy to all the nerves along the entire length of the spine, while forward bending poses soothe the nerves and calm the entire system. We will exploring the flexibility and mobility of our body from throat, neck, shoulders, chest, spine, hip flexors with different backward and forward bending postures. Also will include deep healing guided meditation in Shavasana to rejuvenate and enervate the entire body, mind and being.
The method will follows the dharma yoga lineage.

Maha Sadhana

& Sacred Sound


Maha Sadhana is a 3 hour intensive workshop created by Sri Dharma Mittra. It includes subtle breathing practices to calm the mind, invigorate the body and energize the chakras, as well as healing mantras (sound vibrations) to stimulate the pituitary gland and subtle consciousness. 
It will introduces an extended Charging Series and Shiva Namaskara Vinyasa posture flow, stretches, tones and strengthens the entire physical body. After all that effort you will experience a final guided meditation in deep relaxation – yoga nidra and Daphne will improvise with Tibetan Healing Sound in this session to recharge and rejuvenate the entire physical and mental system.
